   A. All orders are shipped out by DHL or EMS express way within 3-5 days for exotic leather Products and accessories .For other products,we will use EMS or EUB to send out. You may like to contact your nearest post office if you do not receive the mail after waiting for a reasonable length of time as it might have  been held in the post office if unclaimed during the initial delivery.

Each customer will be contacted with tracking information and instructions on how to track the package as soon as the order is shipped.

       Q.   May I pay extra for rush delivery? 

       A.  Yes,you can pay extra for rush delivery. For DHL , Delivery is  3-7 business days .EMS, the package will take 5-15days is required.

   Q. How to take care of genuine exotic leather products   

    A.To keep a fine leather product looking new and lustrous, it should be properly cared for. A regular cleaning with a soft brush or dry cloth is essential for preserving the life of your leather goods. After considerable use or afterleather product has gotten muddy or extremely dirty it should  be thoroughly cleaned down to its pours. After a deep cleaning, a leather product should then be conditioned to replenish the lost  emollients.      

    Again,there are many products available but their basic premise is the same. Add moisture to leather to seal it and keep it fromdrying.  A good product to use is URAD- leather cleaner, conditioner and protectant for any color leather. URAD opens the pores of the leather,lifts  the dirt out to be carried away on a sponge,and it has lanolin in it that provides the conditioning and carnauba sap to provide the  protection.You can get more detail on URAD and purchase at  www.urad.com. 

  Never use conditioners not formulated for use on leather.   

Q.I Heard exotic leather species are only killed only for their skin often skinned alive  and  discarded, is this true?                            

    A.    Exotic leather and skins are an animal product，natural, renewable. All of our products displayed are 100%  coming from our breeding programs  and  farms  worldwide. All of the leather we used are with CITIES crocodile leather Barcode or  QR code to certify this from verified farm or imported certification.

  The exotic leather trade is carefully regulated by  international government wildlife departments such as CITES .Fish and Wildlife.
